“My approach encourages authentic freedom and growth by awakening each person to an honest relationship to self, others and to the world. I strive to help clients integrate their past experiences, present struggles and future dreams into a healthy emotional life. By emphasizing each person’s strengths and gifts, I work to help clients achieve greater self-acceptance and fulfilment, while providing a supportive and challenging environment where this vital work can take place. My clinical specialties are family of origin, bereavement, trauma and relationship issues.”
