CareerFit is a workshop open to everyone looking to develop their job search skills. Community experts and NWFS staff cover topics including personal interest and skill assessments, writing an effective cover letter and resume, conducting a successful job search, proper interviewing techniques and the impact of social networking media. Our programs are in English and Spanish.

After completing the two CareerFit sessions, we will offer you:

• One-on-one assistance with applications and interviews
• Tailoring of your resume for each job opportunity 
• Post-employment support
