Northwest Family Services job developers use the process and steps outlined in EOPII training to accomplish job development, job placement, successful job retention and post-employment services. NWFS is proficient at creating and maintaining employer partnerships. (In partnership with the Oregon Office of Vocational Rehabilitation Services, OVRS)

Our staff links the clients of OVRS to existing or upcoming job opportunities in areas identified by the vocational rehabilitation counselors. We prospect job openings, conduct needs analysis of employers, share how clients can fill the needs of employers and follow up with clients once they have gotten a job. Our ultimate goal is to have clients successfully placed in long-term employment.
