 As part of our extensive Latino Outreach, NWFS has created a year-long initiative to encourage positive decision-making among Oregon’s large Latino population. What began in 2004 as a Latino youth and family festival has now grown to include year-round events and classes celebrating Latino culture and youth advancement.
