Return/Refund Policy

Products: All unopened items (excluding bulk orders) in new condition may be returned within 30 days for either a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. There is a $10 restocking fee per return. Bulk orders are not returnable.

Services: Individuals requesting refund prior to a class hosted by NWFS receive a complete refund less the $10 service fee.
