Mr. Isaak has 30 years of experience assisting people in removing barriers to employment and connecting people with good jobs in the Portland metro area. He has taught classes on résumé building, interviewing skills and preparation for the employment process. Wade has also worked with disabled people post-hire by providing on-the-job training, job coaching and retention services. Although he is not a certified interpreter he has worked with deaf clients off and on over his career.
