The Position

Based at Clackamas DHS, this position works as a dedicated member of a team that provides evidence-based assessments, substance abuse treatment, case management, and recovery support services.

Job Duties

  • Receive referrals and conduct behavioral health assessments, brief intervention, and referrals.
  • Following appropriate policies, participate in the direct treatment of program clients.
  • Provide recovery and prevention education to individuals and groups.
  • Work with school staff and community partners to provide youth and families with needed resources.

Education / Experience

  • Bilingual/bicultural English/Spanish required.
  • An Associate’s degree in the human services field. One year of direct experience or QMHA accepted in lieu of education.
  • At least 2 years of experience with DSM-5 diagnosis, referrals, case management and charting required.
