Meet Fellow Supporters: John and Diana Bavarskas
“We support Northwest Family Services because it is truly neighbors helping neighbors, it’s local,” says John and Diana Bavarskas. John and Diana first got involved with NWFS over 10 years ago when they participated in marriage classes. They have become avid supporters ever since.
John and Diana now have four kids, the oldest 9 years old and youngest 17 months. “Even though the kids are not quite old enough for NWFS programs”, Diana says, “I want to be sure Northwest Family Services is around when they are old enough”. The support the Bavarskas provide, along with thousands of others, ensures younger kids will receive education to make healthy choices.
When John and Diana received a request to help with the NWFS Capital Campaign, they didn’t hesitate to help. They made a two year pledge and continue to give even though their pledge has been fulfilled. When asked why, John and Diana said, “We are thankful for Northwest Family Services and want to support the work they do.”
